Princess Kanina tore a cruciate ligament, had surgery, and then six weeks later tore the cruciate ligament in her other back leg!  Houndhaven Helps stepped in to help her get the second surgery, and she is now feeling much better.  Kanina is a bionic little cocker now!

Sweet Cider had the misfortune of tearing BOTH of her cruciate ligaments!  The bill to repair them was expected to be over $10,000 so Dr. Tano offered Cider's parents the help of Houndhaven.  Cider has now had both surgeries, and we are sure Cider will be back running and playing harder than ever in a few months!

 Maizie somehow managed to tear her cruciate ligament, and her family needed some help to have our brilliant orthopedic surgeon repair it. Hunter has horrible allergies.  He is on year round dermatology care just to try to keep him comfortable.  The expenses of this are not insubstantial, and HH Helps is honored to help his dad give Hunter the care he deserves and needs so badly.

Poor Mr. Bojangles had a large mass in his ear.  We helped him get it surgically removed, but the entire mass could not be excised, so it is growing back.  We are helping his mom get him the ongoing treatment he needs so that he can continue to enjoy life despite his ear issue.  If another surgery becomes necessary, we stand ready to help, but for now it can be managed without surgery.
