Diesel came all the way from Palm Bay to see Dr. Schwassman, and we are so glad he did because he has some nasty looking skin and ears. Diesel is now getting the relief he needs thanks to our donors and Veterinary Dermatology Center. Diesel will be an ongoing case, but he is already more comfortable than he was!

Snickers had her surgery to remove mammary tumors on 5/28 and did well. Dr. Ruddle, her great surgeon at Animal Cancer Care Clinic is shown on the right beside Snickers and one of her wonderful vet techs. Dr. Ruddle found even more tumors when she got into surgery, so we are very glad Snickers had surgery when she did. We are still waiting to hear whether further treatment will be necessary.

Our friends at Polka Dogz pet rescue have asked for our help with this houndy guy they recently took in. His name is Tracker, and, unfortunately, he has both heartworms and mast cell cancer. He has a large tumor on his side and one on his spleen. Our wonderful Dr. Sones at Animal Cancer Care Clinic has arranged for him to be seen as a Houndhaven Helps doggie.
